30, 60, 90, or 120 Minutes? Choosing Your Session Length

July 01, 20262 min read

One of the most common questions new clients ask Sarah is which session length is right for them. The honest answer is: it depends on what you are bringing to the table, both literally and in terms of need. Here is a practical guide.

30 Minutes – $70

The 30-minute session is focused work on a specific area. Think tight neck and shoulders after a stressful week, a stubborn lower back, a calf that has been knotted up since your last hike. It is also a popular choice for first-time clients who want to experience therapeutic massage without committing to a full hour, and for clients on a tight schedule who can slip in during a lunch break.

This is not a full-body massage. It is precision care for one or two areas.

60 Minutes – $120

This is the most popular session length, and for good reason. An hour gives Sarah the time to do meaningful full-body work, with focused attention on your priority areas. If you are looking for the classic full massage experience with therapeutic intent, this is your session. It is also the sweet spot for monthly maintenance.

90 Minutes – $170

When you need more than the 60 can give you, the 90 opens up real space. Sarah can spend additional time on layered work in trouble areas while still covering your whole body. This is the session for chronic tension that has built up over time, for the week after a particularly demanding project, or for anyone whose body simply takes longer to release.

120 Minutes – $220

Two full hours is a restorative experience. This session length is rare in most practices, and it changes the work entirely. Sarah is no longer working against the clock. There is room for slow, deep, methodical attention to every region, plus add-ons like cupping or hot stones woven in seamlessly. Clients often describe the 120 as the one that resets everything.

How to choose

  • If you are new, start with the 60 unless you have a single targeted issue.
  • If you are in maintenance mode, the 60 monthly tends to be the sustainable choice.
  • If you are in pain or carrying chronic tension, consider the 90.
  • If you want a true reset, book the 120.

When in doubt, call (702) 760-7656 or message Sarah directly. She will help you choose.
